Load all 154 merit candidates and 146 reference cases from the 2026 Excel files into the database. This runs once — if candidates already exist it will be blocked.
What will be imported:
✓ 154 merit candidates across 11 disciplines (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instr, Lab, MKT, Finance, ICT, HR, SC, Agri)
✓ 146 reference applicants with referrer details
✓ All location codes (GM / MM / PQ / HO / LHR) preserved
✓ Discipline ranks + overall ranks
✓ 154 merit candidates across 11 disciplines (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instr, Lab, MKT, Finance, ICT, HR, SC, Agri)
✓ 146 reference applicants with referrer details
✓ All location codes (GM / MM / PQ / HO / LHR) preserved

Import / Export Records
Export a CSV template with all existing candidates. Add new rows at the bottom or edit existing rows, then upload it back. The system will update existing records by Inhouse #, email, phone, or name + university.
